Tuition fees are non-refundable.

Session payments are due in full on the first class of the session.

No refunds or credits for missed lessons, but make-up classes are available (max 3 per session within 4 weeks).

Class cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances can be switched to another time or credited for future use, but no refunds will be provided.

For serious illness or injury, enrolment can be frozen for up to 6 months with written notice. 50% of the remaining balance can be transferred to future classes. Frozen enrolment cannot be used for merchandise and is non-transferable.

If the studio reschedules or cancels a lesson, a makeup lesson will be offered.
