• Session payments are due in full on the first class of the session.

• Subscriptions are for the full semester. Payments are divided into monthly installments for convenience, but they represent a commitment for the entire term.

• No Mid-Semester Cancellations

• Once enrolled, students are expected to continue through the semester. Cancellations during the semester are not permitted except in cases of relocation or serious medical reasons (documentation may be required).

• All payments are non-refundable. If a student cancels a plan mid-semester, unused classes will not be refunded.

• Switching Classes- Students may switch to another class time if space is available, but payments already made will be applied to the new class - not refunded.

• Missed classes are not refundable. Makeup classes may be offered if available, but cannot be guaranteed.

• Filing a chargeback with a bank instead of resolving the matter directly with VE ART Studio is against policy. We kindly ask parents to contact us first to resolve any billing issue.

• Class cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances can be switched to another time or credited for future use, but no refunds will be provided. The credit must be used within 6 months from the date it was issued.

• For serious illness or injury, enrolment can be frozen for up to 6 months with written notice. 50% of the remaining balance can be transferred to future classes. Frozen enrolment cannot be used for merchandise and is non-transferable.

• If the studio reschedules or cancels a lesson, a makeup lesson will be offered.
